During your consultation, we use the same project-planning system being developed for our online Backyard Builder to define your pool, major features, site conditions, and selections while establishing a realistic project price range.
If the project and investment range make sense, we execute the Design Agreement and move into detailed project development.
We develop your pool layout, refine dimensions and features, select materials and finishes, prepare construction drawings, coordinate engineering and permitting requirements, and complete the project takeoff needed to establish the final scope and pricing.
Once the design, scope, and investment are aligned, we execute the Construction Agreement and prepare your project for construction.
With the planning completed, construction can focus on execution.
Our team coordinates scheduling, excavation, trade partners, material deliveries, inspections, and each phase of construction according to the approved plans. Once construction is complete, we perform final inspections, address the project punch list, complete final orientation, and formally close the project with you.
